Quien es Marta Cirera

Nacida en Sabadell en el 1968, mi pasión por los caballos empieza casi a mis cuarenta, de forma accidental, y desde entonces no he parado de aprender de ellos, de como pueden ayudar a los humanos a superar sus traumas y dificultades.

Amo la vida y me apasionan las personas y los animales, y me dedico enteramente al acompañamiento en el trauma y en el crecimiento personal. Como profesional, me describo como la intérprete entre mis caballos y las personas que acompaño en su camino de vida. 

Me defino como una persona curiosa y con el eterno deseo de aprender, siempre ampliando horizontes. 

Continuo estudiando y sobretodo observando la vida a mi alrededor. 

Vivir rodeada de campo y de animales, me sorprendo a diario de lo mucho que aprendo de ellos, y de como sus comportamientos me aportan comprensión a mi trabajo en muchos aspectos. Me ayuda a estar conectada al ritmo de la vida. 

Soy muy creativa y siempre busco la mejor manera de “devolver a las personas a sus cuerpos”  y “ser capaces de vivir en el sentir de nuevo”, para vivir sus vidas al máximo. 

Me veo como una persona que da soporte a la transformación de las personas en crisis, cambios y crecimiento en general.

Y agradezco todas las experiencias personales, de todos los calores, sin las cuales no sería ahora la persona que soy. No tendría ni la comprensión ni la capacidad de hacer mi trabajo.

Marta Cirera is an international trainer who collaborates with organizations

such as Somatic Experiencing Spain, of which she is an ambassador and, she also works together with

the Kune Association in the field of adoption, in which some training to

the parents is offered and the children are treated for their specific needs..

 

Although her expertise is in trauma and she has specialized in the imprint of

violence and abuse, she also collaborates with the IMD, in

Switzerland, where she works as Horse Coach.

 

My educational trajectory is specially focused in the field of accompaniment and self-growth

assisted with horses.
